Oseng Kacang Panjang Tahu Kemangi

Ingredients

Kacang panjang 1 bunch, cut to desired length
Tahu putih 4 pieces, cubed
Daun kemangi 1 handful
Bawang putih 1 clove, crushed and sliced
Bawang merah 3 cloves, sliced
Cabe hijau 3 pieces, sliced
Cabe merah kriting 3 pieces, sliced
Garam to taste
Gula to taste
Masako ayam to taste
Air for sautéing
Minyak for sautéing

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Begin by cutting the kacang panjang to your preferred length and cubing the tahu putih. Set aside the daun kemangi and prepare the sliced onions and chilies.

  2. Sauté Aromatics: In a pan, heat a generous amount of oil over medium heat. Add the sliced bawang merah and bawang putih, sautéing until fragrant.

  3. Add Chilies: Incorporate the sliced cabe hijau and cabe merah kriting into the pan, stirring until they soften slightly.
