Instructions
- 
Prepare the Ingredients: Rinse all the vegetables thoroughly. Cut the tofu and tempeh into lengthwise slices and fry them until golden brown; set aside.

Chop the Greens: Slice the green mustard greens into medium-sized pieces. 
- 
Slice the Spices: Chop the red curly chilis, bird’s eye chilis, shallots, garlic, and onion. 
- 
Sauté the Aromatics: In a large pan or wok, heat some oil and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, then add the shallots, red chilis, and bird’s eye chilis.

Add the Greens: Toss in the mustard greens and stir-fry briefly, adding a splash of water to help them wilt.
