Tumis Toge Tahu
Ingredients

| Bawang merah (red shallots) | 6 cloves |

| Cabe kriting merah (red chili) | 5 pieces |
| Cabe rawit (bird’s eye chili) | 5 pieces |
| Cabe hijau besar (large green chili) | 1 piece |
| Garam (salt) | to taste |
| Gula pasir (sugar) | to taste |
| Penyedap rasa (seasoning) | to taste |
| Minyak untuk menumis (cooking oil) | as needed |
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the sliced shallots, garlic, and chilies until fragrant and golden brown.
