Title: Stir-Fried Tofu and Vegetables with Egg

Ingredients:

  • 2 blocks of firm tofu, cut into small cubes
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 baby carrots, sliced lengthwise
  • 1/4 medium cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 shallots, sliced
  • Water, as needed
  • Salt, to taste
  • Mushroom seasoning, to taste
  • Royco chicken flavor seasoning, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • Margarine, for sautéing

Instructions:

  1. Begin by heating margarine in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the sliced shallots and crushed garlic. Sauté until they release a fragrant aroma.

  2. Crack the egg into the pan, stirring continuously until the egg is fully cooked and set.

  3. Add the cubed tofu to the pan, followed by the sliced baby carrots and cabbage. Pour in a small amount of water to help the vegetables cook evenly. Stir briefly to combine all the ingredients.

  4. Season the mixture with Royco chicken flavor seasoning, salt, mushroom seasoning, black pepper, and oyster sauce. Stir well to ensure that the seasonings are evenly distributed.

  5. Continue to stir-fry until the vegetables are tender and the tofu is heated through. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

  6. Once the vegetables are cooked to your preference and the flavors have melded together, remove the pan from heat.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious, homemade stir-fried tofu and vegetable dish! 😘😋
