- Salt, to taste
- Mushroom seasoning, to taste
- Royco chicken flavor seasoning, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon oyster sauce
- Margarine, for sautéing
Instructions:

Begin by heating margarine in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the sliced shallots and crushed garlic. Sauté until they release a fragrant aroma.
-
Crack the egg into the pan, stirring continuously until the egg is fully cooked and set.
-
Add the cubed tofu to the pan, followed by the sliced baby carrots and cabbage. Pour in a small amount of water to help the vegetables cook evenly. Stir briefly to combine all the ingredients.
-
Season the mixture with Royco chicken flavor seasoning, salt, mushroom seasoning, black pepper, and oyster sauce. Stir well to ensure that the seasonings are evenly distributed.

Continue to stir-fry until the vegetables are tender and the tofu is heated through. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
-
Once the vegetables are cooked to your preference and the flavors have melded together, remove the pan from heat.
