Tumis Tahu Tauco

Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Firm tofu (tahu putih) 1/2 block
Red shallots (bawang merah) 3 cloves, sliced
Garlic (bawang putih) 3 cloves, sliced
Small red chilies (cabe setan) 5, sliced
Large green chilies 2, diagonally sliced
Tauco (fermented soybean paste) 1 package
Granulated sugar To taste
Salt To taste
MSG (Masako) To taste
Cooking oil For sautéing

Instructions
