Cah Tahu Putih with Asparagus

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
10 pieces Firm tofu (tahu putih)
To taste Asparagus
1 Onion (bawang bombay)
2 Garlic cloves (bawang putih)
To taste Red chili (cabe merah)
To taste Bird’s eye chili (cabe rawit, optional)
To taste Sugar (gula)
To taste Salt (garam)
1 tsp Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
2 tbsp Cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Finely slice the onion, garlic, and red chili. Cut the tofu and asparagus into small pieces and set them aside.

  2. Sauté Aromatics: In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion, garlic, and red chili until fragrant.
