- 2 bunches of water spinach (kangkung), cleaned and trimmed
- Tuna sausage, cut into pieces (amount as desired)
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- Water (enough to cook)

- Granulated sugar, to taste

- 5 cloves garlic, peeled and cleaned
