Ingredients:
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 1-3 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1/2 leg of lamb, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 2 red bell peppers, cut into chunks
- 20 green olives
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
