Ingredients:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 4 slices deli ham
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 8 slices bacon
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 slice swiss cheese

Instructions:
- In-between 2 pieces of plastic wrap, pound out chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Sprinkle thyme evenly over the pounded chicken breasts.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of provolone cheese on each chicken breast.
- Roll up the chicken breasts tightly, ensuring the filling stays intact.
- Wrap each rolled chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, securing them with toothpicks.
- In a small bowl, beat eggs and milk together; set aside.
- Place flour in a separate bowl.
- In another bowl, combine bread crumbs and garlic powder.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, coating it evenly, then dredge it in flour, followed by another dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat it with the bread crumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a greased baking sheet.
