Tahu Telur Bumbu Bali

Ingredients:

Chicken Eggs 8 pieces
Bandung Tofu 6 pieces
Garlic 3 cloves
Shallots 3 cloves
Candlenuts 5 pieces
Curly Chilies 6 pieces
Lime Leaves 2 leaves
Sweet Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
Sugar and Salt to taste
Bird’s Eye Chilies 3 pieces
Cooking Oil for frying
Galangal (smashed) 2 cm

Instructions:
