Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 100 grams of beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cm ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 red chili peppers, sliced on the diagonal
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Water, as needed
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Begin by washing and cutting the broccoli into bite-sized florets. Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the broccoli for 1 minute. Drain and set aside.

  2. Stir-Fry the Aromatics: Heat a pan over medium heat and add a splash of oil. Sauté the finely chopped garlic, ginger, and red chili peppers until they become fragrant.
