Ingredients
- 200 grams of egg noodles (dried mie telur, boiled and drained)
- 200 grams of sirloin or chuck beef, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon Shaoxing wine (optional)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2-3 slices of ginger
- 4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- Optional: 1 onion, thinly sliced
- Cooking oil (as needed)
- For the Yakisoba Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Black pepper (to taste)

Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of Shaoxing wine. Let it marinate for a few minutes. If you prefer not to use Shaoxing wine, you can skip it.

Prepare the Aromatics: Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced garlic, ginger, and onion (if using). Sauté until fragrant and the garlic starts to turn golden.
