Beef and Green Beans DEBM Recipe
Ingredients:

- 1/4 pound green beans, trimmed and sliced as desired
- 3.5 ounces ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves shallots
- 1 clove garlic
- A small amount of onion
- Salt and seasoning (like Saori or similar)
Instructions:

Begin by preparing the vegetables. Finely chop the shallots, garlic, and onion. Heat a pan over medium heat and sauté the chopped vegetables until they become fragrant and translucent.

Add the ground beef to the pan, stirring occasionally until the beef is browned and fully cooked.

Crack the eggs into the pan and mix well, cooking until the eggs are fully set and combined with the beef.

Add the sliced green beans to the mixture, stirring everything together until the beans are well combined with the beef and eggs.

Season with salt and your preferred seasoning (such as Saori) to taste. Continue to cook for a few more minutes, or until the green beans are tender.
