Beef and Green Bean Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of beef (amount according to preference)
  • Green beans (adjust amount as desired)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 shallots, minced
  • Red bird’s eye chilies (to taste)
  • Sugar (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Seasoning powder (such as bouillon powder, to taste)
  • Soy sauce (to taste)
  • Water (as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef:

    • Boil the beef in water until tender. Once cooked, cut the beef into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. Prepare the Vegetables:

    • Slice the green beans into bite-sized pieces.
    • Thinly slice the onion and red bird’s eye chilies.
    • Mince the garlic and shallots.
  3. Cook the Aromatics:

    • Heat a bit of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and shallots, and sauté until fragrant.
