Kentang n Sapi: Savory Beef and Potato Delight
Ingredients:
- 300 grams ground beef
- 500 grams potatoes, thinly sliced
- 3 red onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- Approximately 250 ml water
