Beef Broccoli Teriyaki
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of beef tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 6 large green chilies
- 2 heads of broccoli, cut into florets
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 1 piece of ginger (approximately 1 inch)
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 sachet of mushroom broth powder
- 3 sachets of teriyaki sauce
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cup of water
- Cooking oil
Preparation Steps:
-
Marinade Preparation:
- Finely crush or blend the garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Combine this mixture with the soy sauce and teriyaki sauce in a large bowl. Mix well to create a marinade.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Let it marinate for approximately 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
-
Cooking:
- Heat a pan or wok over medium heat and add a sufficient amount of cooking oil.
- Once the oil is hot, sauté the sliced onions until they become translucent and fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef along with all the marinade sauce and 1 cup of water to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- Continue to cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. As the beef starts to change color, add an additional sachet of teriyaki sauce and the mushroom broth powder.
- Incorporate the broccoli florets and large green chilies into the pan. Stir well to mix all the ingredients.
- Cook until the beef is fully cooked, the vegetables are tender, and the sauce has thickened slightly.
-
Serving:
- Your Beef Broccoli Teriyaki is now ready to be served. Enjoy it hot with steamed rice for a complete and satisfying meal.
Notes:
- While tenderloin is recommended for its tenderness, other cuts of beef can also be used. If choosing a different cut, trim off any excess fat for the best results.
