Nasi Kebuli Daging Sapi Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of rice
- 1 packet of instant curry seasoning (Bamboe brand)
- ΒΌ kg beef, cut into chunks
- 10 cardamom pods
- 7 star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 pack of Kara coconut milk (triangular pack)
- Β½ onion, finely chopped
Instructions:

Begin by sautΓ©ing the curry seasoning along with the cardamom pods, star anise, cinnamon stick, bay leaves, and finely chopped onion in a pan until fragrant and the onion is translucent.

In a separate pot, simmer the beef until tender. Once the beef is tender, combine it with the sautΓ©ed curry mixture, stirring well to ensure the beef is well coated with the spices.

Transfer the beef and curry mixture into a rice cooker (magicom). Add the uncooked rice and mix everything together. Pour in the Kara coconut milk and add enough water to cook the rice according to your rice cooker’s instructions.

Cook the rice mixture until itβs done, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Once the rice is cooked, you may want to enhance the dish with a touch of sambal korek (chili sauce), sliced cucumber, and a side of emping (crackers) for added crunch.
