Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef marrow bones (Sum2 sapi), steamed and cut into cubes
- 2 shallots, finely sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, finely sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3-4 green chilies, sliced
- 1 small apple tomato, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Optional: beef bouillon or seasoning cube (Royco sapi)
Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Slice the shallots and garlic thinly.
- Dice the onion and chop the green chilies and tomato.

- Heat a pan with a bit of oil over medium heat.
- Add the shallots, garlic, and diced onion to the pan. Sauté until fragrant and translucent.
