Beef Rib Soup (Sop Iga Sapi)

Ingredients:

  • 600 grams beef ribs, cleaned
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced
  • 4 stalks celery, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Nutmeg powder, to taste
  • Black pepper powder, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Beef bouillon powder, to taste
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • Water, as needed

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef Ribs: Start by boiling the beef ribs in a pot of water until they are tender. This may take some time, so ensure the ribs are cooked thoroughly and the meat is falling off the bone.
