Ingredients

  • Beef Rollade: 2 pieces (pre-cooked or ready-to-cook)
  • Carrots: 15 pieces, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Green Beans: 15 pieces, trimmed
  • Frozen French Fries: 1 package
  • Sweet Corn: 2 ears, husked and cut into pieces
  • Eggs: 2 large
  • Large Onion: 1, finely chopped
  • Garlic Cloves: 4, minced
  • Ground Nutmeg: 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar: 1 teaspoon
  • Oyster Sauce: 1 sachet (or to taste)
  • Tomato Sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Sweet Soy Sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons
  • Palm Sugar: 1 piece, finely grated

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef Rollade: Lightly beat the two eggs in a bowl. Dip the beef rollade into the beaten eggs, ensuring it is well-coated. Heat a pan or grill and cook the rollade for approximately 5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches a golden-brown color. Set aside.
