Beef Shirataki Stir-Fry Noodles (Mie Diet)

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (kecap asin)
  • A splash of water
  • Cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Shirataki Noodles: Remove the shirataki noodles from their package and rinse them briefly under cold water to remove any excess moisture.

  2. Cook the Noodles: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the shirataki noodles and blanch them for approximately 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
