Sosis Solo Daging Sapi Bumbu Simpel Banget dan Enaaaakk😋😊
Ingredients
For the Wrapper:
- 200 grams of all-purpose flour
- 50 grams of rice flour (optional, can be omitted)
- 2 eggs
- 500 ml of water (or more, to thin)
- 2 teaspoons of salt (adjust to taste)
- 2 teaspoons of bouillon powder (I use Royco – adjust to taste)
- 5 tablespoons of cooking oil (to prevent sticking, as advised by my chef – mom😂)
Alternatively, you can use pre-made spring roll wrappers for convenience.
For the Filling:
- 300 grams of ground beef (can be substituted with chicken)
- 8 cloves of garlic, medium-sized (finely chopped)
- 3 stalks of green onions, finely sliced
- Salt, sugar, ground pepper, and bouillon powder to taste
Preparation Steps
Making the Wrapper:
- Combine all wrapper ingredients: In a mixing bowl, blend the all-purpose flour, rice flour (if using), eggs, water, salt, bouillon powder, and cooking oil until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
- Cook the wrappers: Preheat a non-stick skillet (or a regular pan if preferred) on medium heat. Lightly grease the pan with oil using a brush to avoid excess oil, which can make the wrapper too thick and pancake-like. Pour a thin layer of the batter into the pan, swirling to evenly coat the bottom. Cook until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook the other side briefly. Repeat with the remaining batter. Make sure the pan is hot enough but not too hot to avoid burning.
Preparing the Filling:
- Sauté the garlic: In a skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the green onions and ground beef: Stir in the green onions and ground beef. Cook until the meat is halfway done.
- Season the filling: Add salt, sugar, ground pepper, and bouillon powder to taste. Continue cooking until the meat is fully cooked, making sure to adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Assembling and Cooking the Sosis Solo:
- Fill the wrappers: Carefully peel off each wrapper and place a tablespoon (or approximately) of the filling in the center. Do not overfill to prevent the wrappers from tearing.
- Roll the sosis: Roll the wrapper tightly around the filling, folding in the sides as you go to create a neat roll.
- Fry the rolls: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the rolled sosis until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
