- 200 milliliters water
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
-
Prepare the Beef Steaks:
- Slice the beef steak into pieces approximately 1 cm thick. Place the slices on a plate and coat them with the finely chopped pineapple and black pepper powder.

Prepare the Black Pepper Sauce:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until they become soft and translucent.
- Add the mushrooms and coarsely ground black pepper to the pan. Stir and cook until the mushrooms are tender and browned.
- Stir in the oyster sauce and soy sauce, mixing well to combine the flavors.
-
Make the Sauce:
- In a separate bowl, mix the water with the all-purpose flour and cornstarch until fully dissolved.
- Gradually pour this mixture into the pan with the mushroom mixture, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens and reaches a desirable consistency.
- Season the sauce with salt to taste. Remove the pan from heat once the sauce is thick and smooth.
-
Serve:
- Place the cooked beef steaks on a serving plate and generously ladle the black pepper sauce over the top.
