Buncis Wortel Cah Sapi Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of thinly sliced beef
  • 250 grams of baby green beans, sliced on the diagonal
  • 1 large carrot, sliced on the diagonal
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into matchsticks
  • 1/2 large onion, cut into matchsticks
  • Salt, pepper, and mushroom seasoning to taste
  • 50 ml water
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil

Instructions:

  1. Sauté Onions: Heat the canola oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and cook until fragrant and translucent.
