- 1 small bowl of beef teriyaki
- 2 shallots, finely sliced
- 2 curly red chilies, sliced
- 3 bird’s eye chilies, sliced
- Soy sauce, to taste
- Sweet soy sauce, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Cooking oil, for sautéing
