Ingredients:

  • 2 servings of cooked white rice (preferably leftover rice)
  • 1 small bowl of beef teriyaki
  • 2 shallots, finely sliced
  • 2 curly red chilies, sliced
  • 3 bird’s eye chilies, sliced
  • Soy sauce, to taste
  • Sweet soy sauce, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Cooking oil, for sautéing
