Beef Teriyaki
Ingredients:
- 250 grams of beef
- 1 large onion
- 3 large red chilies
- 3 large green chilies
- 1 sachet of Saori Teriyaki sauce
- A small amount of cooking oil
- A small amount of water for sautéing
- 1 glass of water for boiling the beef
Steps:
-
Start by thoroughly washing the beef. Once cleaned, heat a pot of water to prepare for boiling the beef.
-
When the water reaches a boil, add the beef to the pot. Let it simmer for approximately 30 minutes or until the beef is tender. Once the beef is tender, remove it from the pot and let it drain.
-
In a separate pan, heat a small amount of cooking oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion, red chilies, and green chilies to the pan.
-
Sauté the onions and chilies until they release their aroma and become fragrant.
-
Add the cooked beef to the pan with the sautéed vegetables. Stir well to ensure the beef is evenly coated with the mixture.
-
Pour in a small amount of water to the pan and continue to stir. Lower the heat to a simmer.
-
Taste the dish and adjust the seasoning if necessary. You can add a pinch of salt and a bit of sugar if you prefer a more balanced flavor.
-
Once everything is well-mixed and the flavors have melded together, remove the pan from the heat.
-
Your Beef Teriyaki is now ready to be served. Enjoy this delightful dish with a side of steamed rice or your favorite vegetables. 😊
This recipe is a perfect addition to your culinary repertoire, offering a harmonious blend of tender beef and aromatic vegetables, all brought together with the savory goodness of teriyaki sauce. Happy cooking!
