Beef Teriyaki Recipe – Love With Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams beef, cut into small pieces
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10 red chili peppers, sliced (alternatively, you can use red bell peppers)
  • 1 sachet teriyaki sauce (Saori brand)
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 200 cc water

Steps:

  1. Blanch the Beef: Start by boiling the beef until it’s just halfway cooked. Once done, remove it from the water and cut it into small pieces. Set aside.

  2. Prepare the Aromatics: Finely mince the garlic and roughly chop the onions and red chili peppers.

  3. Sauté the Garlic: Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic until it becomes fragrant. Then, add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent and slightly golden.

  4. Cook the Beef and Chilies: Add the beef pieces and sliced red chili peppers into the pan. Stir well to combine everything.

  5. Season the Mixture: Pour in the teriyaki sauce, sweet soy sauce, ground black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly to ensure the beef is well-coated with the seasonings.

  6. Thicken the Sauce: Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and pour it into the pan. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens and reduces to your desired consistency.

  7. Serve: Your Beef Teriyaki is now ready to be enjoyed! Serve it hot with steamed rice or your favorite side dish.
