Ingredients:
- 250 grams of pre-cooked beef tongue, diced
- 150 ml water
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/3 of an onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fried shallots (optional)
For the Sauce (mix together):
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons mushroom soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- To taste: sugar, salt, pepper

Prepare the Base:
Begin by heating a combination of margarine and cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and sliced onion to the skillet, sautéing them until they become fragrant and translucent. -
Cook the Beef Tongue:
Add the diced beef tongue to the skillet, stirring briefly to combine and heat through. -
Add the Sauce Ingredients:
Pour in the pre-mixed sauce ingredients along with the water. Stir well and allow the mixture to come to a boil. -
Season to Taste:
Once the sauce has reached a boil, taste and adjust the seasoning with sugar, salt, and pepper as desired. -
Finish and Serve:
