Baby Green Beans with Sautéed Beef
Ingredients
- 200 grams of ground beef
- Baby green beans
- 6 cloves of garlic, crushed and finely chopped
- 1/2 onion, diced (optional)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oyster sauce
- Soy sauce
- 100 ml water
- Oil for sautéing

Prepare the Beef:
- Wash the ground beef thoroughly. Season with pepper, salt, and oyster sauce. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Sauté the Aromatics:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the diced onion (if using) and half of the finely chopped garlic until fragrant.

Cook the Beef:
- Add the marinated ground beef to the pan. Adjust the seasoning to taste and cook until the beef is fully cooked through. Set aside.

Prepare the Green Beans:
- In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed and sauté the remaining garlic until fragrant. Add the baby green beans and cook for a short time, making sure they stay crisp.

Combine and Finish:
- Add soy sauce and oyster sauce to the green beans. Pour in the water and increase the heat to bring it to a boil. Adjust the seasoning as needed. Once the flavors are balanced and the green beans are cooked to your desired tenderness, turn off the heat.
