  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 100 ml water
  • Sweet soy sauce, to taste
  • Chicken or beef stock powder, to taste
  • Granulated sugar, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Begin by preparing all the ingredients. Thinly slice the beef and vegetables. Mince the ginger and garlic to ensure they blend well into the sauce.

  2. Sauté Aromatics: Heat a pan over medium heat and add the sesame oil. Once hot, add the minced ginger and garlic. Sauté them until they release their aromatic fragrance, which should take about 1-2 minutes.

  3. Cook the Vegetables: Add the sliced onion to the pan and continue to cook until it becomes translucent. Then, add the sliced green bell pepper and red chili. Stir-fry the vegetables for a few minutes until they start to soften.

  4. Cook the Beef: Add the thinly sliced beef to the pan. Cook, stirring frequently, until the beef is no longer pink and starts to brown.
