Black Pepper Beef (Sapi Lada Hitam)
Ingredients:
- 300 grams of beef, boiled until tender
- 2 small potatoes
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 1 small onion, sliced lengthwise
- 1 stalk of green onion, cut diagonally
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 100 ml beef broth from boiling the beef
Steps:
- Fry the potatoes until they are tender. Set aside.
- Dry roast the black peppercorns until fragrant, then grind them to a fine powder.
- Sauté the onion until it becomes fragrant. Add the beef, potatoes, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, and ground black pepper.
- Pour in the beef broth.
