- 1 package of beef rolls
- 2 potatoes
- Fried tofu or Chinese tofu (to taste)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 shallots
- Red chili peppers and bird’s eye chilies (to taste)

- A pinch of granulated sugar
- 2 sachets of Saori black pepper sauce
- Salt and beef stock powder (to taste)
- Water (as needed)
- Cooking oil (for sautéing)
