Black Pepper Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 350 grams beef (cut into thin, elongated slices, or to your preference)
  • 1 large onion (sliced thinly)
  • 1/5 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1/5 green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (crushed or finely chopped)
  • 1 packet Saori black pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • A pinch of salt and sugar
  • Beef stock powder (optional)
  • Soy sauce
  • A little water

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef: Clean the beef thoroughly and fry it until it is halfway cooked and has changed color. Remove and set aside.
  2. Cook the Vegetables: In the same pan, sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the sliced onion and cook until it starts to soften. Next, add the red and green bell peppers and stir-fry briefly until they are just tender.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Return the beef to the pan and mix well with the vegetables. Add the Saori black pepper sauce, ground black pepper, a pinch of salt, and sugar. Stir everything together until the beef is evenly coated with the seasoning.
  4. Simmer: Pour in a little water and cook while stirring occasionally. Allow the mixture to simmer until the sauce has slightly thickened. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed, adding soy sauce if desired.
  5. Finish and Serve: Once the sauce has reached your preferred consistency and the beef is fully cooked, remove from heat. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.

Enjoy this flavorful Black Pepper Beef Stir-Fry, a perfect blend of spicy and savory notes that will tantalize your taste buds!
