Black Pepper Beef (Daging Sapi Lada Hitam) Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 lb beef (preferably sirloin or tenderloin)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 stalk scallion (green onion)
  • 2 large red chilies
  • Black pepper seasoning
  • White pepper powder
