Ingredients
- Adequate amount of onion
- 1 clove of medium-sized garlic
- Butter for sautéing
- Broccoli, chopped into pieces
- Enokitake mushrooms
- Salmon balls, as needed
- Curly chili (optional)
- Cornstarch solution, as needed
- Sugar, salt, pepper, and seasoning, as needed
Preparation Steps
- Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Sauté the chopped onion and garlic in butter with a little oil until fragrant.
- Add the salmon balls that have been cut into smaller pieces and sauté briefly. Add a little water and oyster sauce.
