Tumis Broccoli with Salmon Balls

Ingredients

  • Adequate amount of onion
  • 1 clove of medium-sized garlic
  • Butter for sautéing
  • Broccoli, chopped into pieces
  • Enokitake mushrooms
  • Salmon balls, as needed
  • Curly chili (optional)
  • Cornstarch solution, as needed
  • Sugar, salt, pepper, and seasoning, as needed

Preparation Steps

  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Sauté the chopped onion and garlic in butter with a little oil until fragrant.
  3. Add the salmon balls that have been cut into smaller pieces and sauté briefly. Add a little water and oyster sauce.
  4. Add the chopped broccoli, and let it cook until it is slightly wilted. Don’t forget to add sugar first to bring out the savory flavor.
  5. Add the enokitake mushrooms, but cook them only briefly to prevent them from wilting. Add salt and seasoning, and adjust the taste as needed.
