Sayur Tahu Brokoli (Oil-Free)

Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Broccoli 1 head
Firm Tofu 3 pieces
Garlic 5 cloves, minced
Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
Chicken Bouillon Powder (No MSG) 1 teaspoon
Salt To taste
Sugar To taste
Pepper To taste
Water As needed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Broccoli: Cut the broccoli into florets and wash thoroughly. Boil in salted water for about 3 minutes, then set aside.

  2. Prepare the Tofu: Cut the tofu into small cubes or your desired size and wash it. Set aside.

  3. Cook the Tofu: In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add the minced garlic and tofu, cooking until the tofu is thoroughly heated and cooked through.

  4. Combine Ingredients: Stir in the tomato sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, and chicken bouillon powder. Mix gently to combine all the flavors.

  5. Add Broccoli: Gently fold in the cooked broccoli, allowing it to heat through for about 1 minute.

  6. Serve: Turn off the heat and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with fried shallots for an added crunch, if desired.
