Instructions:

Time Instructions

Cook: 15 mins Return the meatballs to the pan. Add 1/2 cup water, Burgundy wine, dry red wine, thyme, and 1/8 tsp of pepper.
Simmer: 15 mins Heat to boiling over high heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
Cook until meatballs are cooked through and vegetables are tender.
Cook: 5 mins In a cup, combine flour and 2 tbsp water. Stir into meatball mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Cook orzo according to package directions, then toss with butter and parsley.
Serve Arrange orzo on a serving platter and top with the meatball mixture. Enjoy!
