Beef with Butter Sauce (Daging Sapi Mentega)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg beef, cut into chunks
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Soy sauce, to taste
  • Butter
  • 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 tomato, sliced
  • 5 shallots, coarsely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • Sugar, salt, and seasoning to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef:
    Begin by rubbing the raw beef chunks with butter, black pepper, and soy sauce until evenly coated. Let it marinate briefly while you prepare the other ingredients.
