Oseng Carrot and Egg Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 4 carrots, julienned
- 1 egg
- 5 small sausages, sliced (adjust to preference)
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed and thinly sliced
- 1/2 packet mushroom seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- Water, as needed
- Oil, for sautéing

Sauté Aromatics: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced shallots and garlic. Sauté until fragrant and golden brown.

Add Sausages and Carrots: Incorporate the sliced sausages into the pan. Stir-fry for a few minutes until they start to brown. Next, add the julienned carrots and continue to stir-fry.
