Telur Dadar Eks Celupan Nugget Pisang

Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Eggs 2, beaten
Red and green bird’s eye chili To taste, mixed
Shallots 2 cloves, sliced
Garlic 1 clove, minced
Celery 1 stalk, chopped
Cheddar cheese To taste, cubed
Salt To taste
Cooking oil A little

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs with the sliced shallots, minced garlic, and mixed bird’s eye chili, adding just a pinch of salt to season.
  2. Heat a medium-sized frying pan over low to medium heat and add a little cooking oil.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan, allowing it to cook until it is about halfway set.
  4. Once partially cooked, sprinkle the chopped celery and cubed cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  5. Carefully flip the omelet to cook the other side for a short time until fully cooked, then remove from the pan.
  6. Serve warm, enjoying the delightful fusion of flavors in every bite!
