Chicken and Carrot Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 300 grams ground chicken
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 2 stalks green onions, finely chopped
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons tapioca flour
Instructions:
-
Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated carrots, chopped green onions, black pepper, garlic powder, chicken bouillon powder, salt, egg, and tapioca flour. Mix everything together thoroughly.
-
Blend the Mixture: Using a food processor or blender, blend the mixture until smooth and well combined. This will give the meatballs a fine, uniform texture.
-
Boil Water: In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Once the water is boiling, turn off the heat.
-
Form the Meatballs: Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Continue forming meatballs until all of the mixture is used.
-
Cook the Meatballs: Turn the heat back on under the pot with boiling water. Bring the water to a gentle boil again. Carefully drop the meatballs into the water. Let them cook for about 10 minutes or until they are fully cooked and float to the surface.
-
Drain: Once cooked, use a slotted spoon to remove the meatballs from the water. Place them on a plate to drain.
-
Cool and Store: Allow the meatballs to cool completely. You can then freeze them for later use or store them in the refrigerator for a quick meal option for children.
Enjoy these versatile chicken and carrot meatballs as a delightful addition to various dishes or as a tasty snack on their own!
