Chicken and Carrot Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams ground chicken
  • 2 medium carrots, grated
  • 2 stalks green onions, finely chopped
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons tapioca flour

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated carrots, chopped green onions, black pepper, garlic powder, chicken bouillon powder, salt, egg, and tapioca flour. Mix everything together thoroughly.

  2. Blend the Mixture: Using a food processor or blender, blend the mixture until smooth and well combined. This will give the meatballs a fine, uniform texture.

  3. Boil Water: In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Once the water is boiling, turn off the heat.

  4. Form the Meatballs: Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Continue forming meatballs until all of the mixture is used.

  5. Cook the Meatballs: Turn the heat back on under the pot with boiling water. Bring the water to a gentle boil again. Carefully drop the meatballs into the water. Let them cook for about 10 minutes or until they are fully cooked and float to the surface.

  6. Drain: Once cooked, use a slotted spoon to remove the meatballs from the water. Place them on a plate to drain.

  7. Cool and Store: Allow the meatballs to cool completely. You can then freeze them for later use or store them in the refrigerator for a quick meal option for children.
