Special Chicken on Rice

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams chicken breast fillet, diced
  • 100 grams chicken skin
  • ¼ onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed and finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Tropicana Slim soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Olive oil for sautéing
  • Cooked rice
  • Soft-boiled eggs (optional, for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Aromatics: Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
