Mun Tahu: A Savory Tofu and Chicken Delight

Ingredients

Tofu 1 package
Ground Chicken 1/4 cup
Egg 1
Garlic 2 cloves, finely chopped
Green Onion 1 stalk, thinly sliced
Ginger 1/2 inch, crushed
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste

Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and crushed ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
