Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tofu: Heat a sufficient amount of oil in a pan and add the tofu pieces. Fry until golden brown, being careful not to flip too often to prevent breaking. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  2. Sauté Aromatics: In the same pan, add minced garlic, chopped onion, and crushed ginger. Sauté until fragrant and golden.
