Simple Tahu Bakso Recipe
Ingredients:

- 1/4 kg boneless, skinless chicken breast, finely chopped
- 1 egg white
- 3 to 4 tablespoons tapioca flour
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- A pinch of white pepper
- A pinch of mushroom stock powder
- A splash of ice-cold water
- 10 pieces of firm tofu, sliced on one side

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: Place the finely chopped chicken breast, egg white, minced garlic, white pepper, mushroom stock powder, and a splash of ice-cold water into a food processor or chopper. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Mix in Tapioca Flour: Transfer the blended chicken mixture into a mixing bowl. Add the tapioca flour and stir until the mixture is evenly incorporated.

Stuff the Tofu: Take the firm tofu and slice one side open to create a pocket. Gently press the tofu to make space inside. Fill each tofu pocket with the prepared chicken mixture. Repeat this process until all the tofu pieces are filled.

Steam the Tofu: Arrange the stuffed tofu in a steamer basket. Steam over medium heat for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken mixture is fully cooked.
