Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg chicken fillet
  • 2 medium-sized blocks of tofu
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 shallots
  • 1 onion
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 grams all-purpose flour
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Ground pepper, to taste
  • 5 sheets of medium-sized clear plastic wrap

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop the garlic, shallots, and onion. Sauté with a little cooking oil until fragrant.

  2. Clean and blend the chicken fillet, tofu, and sautéed onions using a blender until smooth.

  3. Once smooth, add 1 egg and blend again until well combined.
