Ingredients:

  • 6-8 croissants, sliced in half
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 oz smoked salmon or cooked ham, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 12 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dish:

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Butter a 9×13 inch ovenproof dish and set it aside.
