Telur Dadar with Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 120 grams dried noodles (or bird’s nest noodles), boiled and drained
  • 4 large eggs
  • 7 cloves garlic, peeled, cleaned, and finely chopped
  • 1 onion, peeled, cleaned, and finely chopped
  • Green onions, cleaned and finely sliced, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fine salt, to taste
  • Cooking oil, for frying

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled and drained noodles, eggs, finely chopped garlic, and finely chopped onion. Add the green onions, ground black pepper, and fine salt according to your taste preferences. Stir all the ingredients together until they are thoroughly mixed and well combined.

  2. Heat the Pan:
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, pour in a sufficient amount of cooking oil to coat the bottom.

  3. Cook the Mixture:
When the oil is hot and shimmering, pour the egg and noodle mixture into the pan. Spread it out evenly with a spatula. Allow it to cook undisturbed for a few minutes until the edges start to set and turn golden brown.

  4. Fry Until Cooked:
Once the edges are firm, carefully flip the mixture to cook the other side. Continue cooking until the entire omelet is golden brown and cooked through.

  5. Drain and Serve:
Remove the cooked omelet from the pan and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil. Slice into portions and serve warm.

Enjoy your delicious Telur Dadar with Noodles, a satisfying and flavorful dish perfect for any meal!
