Sawi Tahu Bakso Sosis Recipe

Ingredients

Sawi hijau (green mustard) To taste
Tahu (tofu) 4, diced
Sosis ayam (chicken sausage) 3, sliced
Bakso (meatballs) 10, sliced
Bawang merah (red onion) 3, finely chopped
Bawang putih (garlic) A little, minced
Merica (pepper) To taste
Garam (salt) To taste
Gula (sugar) To taste
Penyedap rasa ayam (chicken flavoring) To taste
Minyak (oil) For frying
Air (water) As needed

Instructions

  1. Begin by washing and chopping the sawi hijau into bite-sized pieces, then set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat a bit of minyak over medium heat. Sauté the bawang merah and bawang putih until fragrant.
  3. In another frying pan, fry the tahu until it’s half-cooked, then set it aside.
  4. Once the aromatics are ready, add the tahu, followed by enough air to cover the ingredients. Stir in the bakso and sosis. Cook until everything is thoroughly heated.
  5. Season the dish with garam, gula, penyedap rasa ayam, and merica. Stir well and cook until all ingredients are well combined and the dish is cooked through.
