Instructions
- Begin by preparing the seasoning ingredients: drain the garlic, shallots, and chili peppers.
- In a skillet, heat a small amount of cooking oil over medium heat. Add the drained seasonings and sauté for about 5 minutes until fragrant.
- Season with your choice of flavor enhancer, sugar, and salt to taste.
